Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.38 to $11.70 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Retail establishment

Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Additional Skills: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure

Work Site Environment: Dusty

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
