Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $22.55 to $25.30 per hour for a 35 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Professional development program in personnel administration.

Area of Specialization: Human resources, Compensation and benefits

Specific Skills: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs, Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs

Security and Safety: Confidential security clearance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation
