Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $16.00 to $20.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: commission, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Retail establishment

Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Elemental sales occupations, Door-to-door salespersons

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Additional Skills: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Internet access, Cellular phone

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Urban area, Various locations, On-site customer service

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
