Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $500.00 to $700.00 per for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, some university.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Beverage services manager certification, Food service manager certification, Food and beverage server trade certification, Safe food handling certificate, Responsible Beverage Service Certificate, Customer Service Excellence certificate, Superhost Certificate, Serving It Right Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Type of Bookkeeping and Accounting Experience: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Record keeping

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computerized bookkeeping systems, Cash register, Point-of-sale system, Spreadsheet software, Internet browser

Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000

Work Setting: Restaurant, Bar, Sports and entertainment facilities

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliation and related forms, Control inventory, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Respond to customer complaints, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Conduct performance reviews, Supervise staff, Cost products and services, Customer service oriented
