Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Work Setting: Hotel

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computer terminal, Multi-line switchboard, Computerized reservation system, Windows, WordPerfect, MS Word

Specific Skills: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, Set work schedules, Respond to customer complaints, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Develop business plans, Prepare marketing plans, Implement marketing activities, Enforce policies and procedures, Attend to persons with special needs

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews, Conduct training sessions, Perform front desk duties, Sell products and services, Research and produce brochures, Manage retail operations, Operate and maintain vehicles used on property

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check (abstract)
