Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $13.00 per hour for a 37 hour week.
Notes: bonus, commission, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, some university, completed university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Workers Supervised: Customer service clerks, Tourism information counsellors

Specific Skills: Coordinate, assign and review work, Establish work schedules and procedures, Train workers in duties and policies, Prepare and submit reports, Ensure smooth operation of equipment, Resolve work related problems

Additional Skills: Utilize computer software, Conduct performance reviews, Prepare statistical reports
