Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $22.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Area of Plastering Specialization: Stucco, Ornamental panels and trims, Plaster model making and templates, Plaster mold and cast making, Decorative texturing

Area of Drywall and Lath Installation Specialization: Fabric walls, Textured ceilings, Decorative finishes and accessories

Specific Skills: Clean and prepare surfaces, Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster, Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior surfaces, Finish corners and angles, Create decorative designs in finish coat, Mould and install ornamental fixtures, Measure, cut and fit and install drywall sheets, Cut and install metal corner beads, Tape over joints with tape and compound, Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation, Erect scaffolding

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Continuous learning

Other Information: Experience: please apply only if you have 1 year experience with Italian ECORSON plaster systems, as well as SILK PLASTER decorative wall designs. Restoration as well. Those are major work areas.
