Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $25.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Major Work Area: Construction (new), Repainting, Fire damage

Area of Coating/Application Specialization: Aggregate painting, Urethanes

Surface Preparation Experience: Drywall taping/patching

Type of Equipment Experience: Brush painting, Roller painting, Conventional spray painting, Airless spray equipment

Wood Finishing Specializations: Staining

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted, Repair cracks and holes, Mix paint to desired colour and texture, Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence
