Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $15.00 to $20.00 per hour for a 35 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, some university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Work Setting: Automotive parts store

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Word processing software, Database software, Inventory control software, General office equipment, Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Implement price and credits policies, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Determine staffing requirements, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity licence check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
