Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Sawmills

Supervisory Experience: Sawmill machine operators

Specific Skills: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed, Establish work schedules, Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, Set up machines and equipment

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less

Work Location Information: Remote location
