Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $12.00 to $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: milage paid.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Specific Skills: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Work Setting: Telecommunications industry

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Networking software, Internet

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Public transportation is available
