Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $8.76 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Children’s Ages: Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years), School age (6 - 12 years)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Care for pets, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Staff accommodation provided, Room and board provided

Other Information: Room and board is $325 per month. Should have at least 1 to 2 years experience in childcare.
