Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Workers Supervised: Structural metal and platework fabricators and fitters, Welders, Apprentices, Machine operators, Trades helpers, Labourers

Major Work Area: Assembly, Fabrication, Shopwork

Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Train or arrange for training, Recommend staffing actions, Ensure adherence to safety standards, Set up machines and equipment

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
