Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Credentials required: The applicant should have Construction Trade Certification.

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Oversee analysis of data and information, Develop and implement quality control programs, Prepare reports

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel

Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility
