Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers

Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Describe and advise on wine selection

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform
