Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year for a 44 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Commercial facility

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic Mail, Electronic scheduler, Spreadsheet software, Monitoring and tracking software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Plan and manage budgets, Negotiate goods and service contacts, Conduct performance reviews

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own transportation, Own vehicle

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Computer use

Other Information: Computerized control systems, High pressure boilers, pumps, compressors, motors, switches, valves, gauges, meters, hand tools, HVAC, pneumatic controls Electronic & Programmable logic controllers.
