Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Work Setting: Health care and social services

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Oversee the development and implementation of administrative systems, Manage contracts, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Advise senior management

Additional Skills: Plan and control budget and expenditures, Train, direct and motivate staff

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure

Work Location Information: Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use
