Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, nights, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $12.62 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Bake shop, Large volume bakery

Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries

Specific Skills: Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventory, Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, Hire staff

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning

Other Information: Israeli Diploma as a baker that can proof knowledge in baking Israeli cooking an asset. Prepare askenazi and Sfaradi baking. Participate in the preparation of kosher baking.
