Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: bonus, milage paid, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $8,000,001 +

Work Setting: Newspaper

Specific Skills: Establish procedures and implement policies, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Consult with government regulatory agencies, Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations

Additional Skills: Recruit and supervise staff

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Sitting, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel overnight, Willing to travel regularly, Travel expenses paid by employer

Ability to Supervise: Working groups, Committees, Staff in various areas of responsibility
