Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $8.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate.

Children’s Ages: Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Help children with homework, Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Read to children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Take children to and from school and to appointments

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Staff accommodation provided, Room and board provided

Essential Skills: Oral communication

Other Information: Room and board charged at $325 per month.
